1. I can imagine. 상상이 가네/ 이해가 돼/ 무슨 말인지 알 것 같아.

2. spur-of-the-moment : 즉흥적인, 즉석의
* It was a spur-of-the-moment decision.: 순간적인/즉흥적인/충동적으로 내린 결정이었어. (짝꿍 단어 : decision)
* It wasn't the plan. It was an impulsive decision.
* It wasn't a rash decision. I agonized over it. (엄청 고민하고 내린 결정이었다며)
* This isn't a spur-of-the-moment decision, I have been considering this for a while.
* It's not a spur-of-the-moment decision. (그만큼 진지하다는 얘기)
* A: What are you up to?
B: I'm having a spur-of-the-moment get-together with my family. (급만남)
---- get-together : 모임 / get together : 모이다/만나다
* A: What do you wanna do today?
B: How about taking a spur-of-the-moment trip to Busan?
3. put our heads together : 머리를 맞대고 의논/고민하다
* Let's put our heads together and come up with a plan B. (같이 고민해서 차선책을 마련하자며)
* A : When can I expect to hear from you? (언제쯤 답변을 들을 수 있을까요?)
B : We'll put our heads together and let you know by the end of the week.
전 오늘 spur-of-the-moment 라는 표현을 처음 알았어요!
어떻게 하면 잘 써먹을 수 있을지 예문 많이 찾아봐야겠어요.
2023년의 마지막을 공부로 마무리 할 수 있어서 좋네요.
아이를 키우면 피곤해서 뻗어버릴 때가 정말 많았는데,
마지막 날에 뭔가를 배웠다고 생각하니 뿌듯해요.
